Membership

| This allows access from 7am-8pm Monday to Friday. This also includes 1 free Personal training session and 1 free Therapy session. £1,000 per annum inc VAT |
| PT Membership |
| This allows our personal training clients access to the gym 1 time per week anytime between 7am-8pm Monday to Friday £240 per annum inc VAT |

| Osteopathy | £70/45mins |
| Sports massage | £70/hr |
| Pilates | £70/hr |
| Nutritional assessment | £140/75mins - 1st consultation only, £70/45mins thereafter |
| Bio Signature | £140/75mins - 1st consultation only, £70/45mins thereafter |
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Cancellation of appointments with less than 24 hours notice are subject to full charge.
We try to keep the gym a mobile phone free environment. Personal Space is open Monday-Friday 06.30-21.30
(Saturdays and Sundays available but for Personal Training only and these sessions must be booked in advance).
