Personal training:

All trainers at Personal Space work towards ensuring every client reaches their goals and objectives safely and effectively within a fully equipped gymnasium with a huge range of free weights plus a bank of cardiovascular machines. With Hyde park a few steps away, many sessions can be transferred to the open air! The team are qualified in all aspects of Health and Fitness, from the initial consultation to flexibility and postural analysis. Osteopathy:

Osteopathy is an established and recognised system of diagnosis and treatment that lays its main emphasis on the structual integrity of the body. It recognises much of the pain and disability we suffer stems from abnormalities in the function of the body structures as well as damage caused to it by disease. Osteopathy aids the body in repairing and rejuvenating itself.
Nutritional:

Nutritional therapy is a science based form of healthcare that uses nutrition to prevent health concerns in any shape or form, yet promote optimal function and performance.
It respects the fact that everybody is unique and uses diet, supplement and lifestyle intervention to recapture balance.
Testing for allergies & biochemical imbalance are tools readily accessible if required.
The body is addressed as one whole unit, targeting root causes rather than focusing on symptoms.

PACKAGES
Initial: £140 – 1hr15mins – full assessment and analysis looking at bodily systems, medical and familial health history to develop individualized diet and lifestyle plan.
Follow-Up: £70 – 45 mins – Re-address goals, measure progress and plan goals for moving forward.
Telephone Support: £70 – 60mins {divided into four, weekly calls at 15mins each} where issues, and concerns are addressed together.
Makeover: £65 – for the individual who just wants to know what to do without addressing any underlying health issues and get on with it!
Sports massage therapy:

Sports massage is a treatment for anyone who exercises. It deals with injury prevention and management by monitoring the condition of the soft tissues. A whole variety of techniques are used to treat various areas of tension, fibrosis and scar tissue. Thus promoting recovery, flexibility and quality of performance.
Remedial massage is a corrective treatment to relieve specific pain and physical disorders due to muscular and skeletal stress.
Pilates:

Pilates is a body conditioning method that works in a different way to other fitness techniques. Targeting the deep postural muscles, Pilates works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned. We offer both mat based pilates and also reformer and Cadillac based Pilates at Personal Space
